ptatreeCome meet fellow Maya Lin parents, get involved in the community, and eat dinner. Can’t get there at the beginning of the meeting? Have to leave early? No problem! Come for what you can. Food and babysitting for potty-trained children provided.

12-11, 8:30-1:30pm: Stoups & Sweets Staff Luncheon

We are treating the staff to a Winter Luncheon and Dessert Party! Do you have a favorite family recipe for soup or stew? Throw it in the crockpot for next Wednesday’s luncheon! We are also looking for donations of easy mini-desserts that that teachers can take to go.  Drop off food donations by 10:30 am the day of.  Please consider joining the prep and clean up crew if you can!

12-10, 6:30 to 8pm: Garden Planning Meeting

Please join us in the Multipurpose Room for a garden expansion meeting where we will review important aspects of the current plan to re-invigorate our garden space, in addition to discussing how a new Adobe grant opportunity fits within our needs. Your opinion matters as we work towards providing students with a greener space for outdoor activities.

The Social Justice and Equity Committee aims to help the school community reach our school’s vision. We believe that when social justice and equity exist for our students and families, and when the community takes action to create a just and equitable environment, our students will exceed their potential, becoming changemakers who will positively impact our world.
